Nadia Cerda
Terms and compliance editor
On the ChainAces desk since August 2026 · 7 pages written · 6 fact-checked
Nadia is the second name on most pages here. She reads the operator's terms in full, independently of whoever wrote the review, and confirms every figure a reader might act on before it is published.
What fact-checking means here
Not a proofread. The check goes back to the primary source - the operator's live terms and cashier - and reconstructs each claim from scratch.
The figures that always get verified: wagering multiplier and what it applies to, maximum bet permitted while a bonus is active, game weighting, bonus expiry, minimum deposit, minimum and maximum withdrawal, and the point at which verification becomes mandatory.
Anything that survives that check keeps its number. Anything that does not comes out of the page rather than getting softened into vaguer language. A hedge is just a wrong number with better manners.
Verification and account restrictions
She covers the no-KYC and anonymous casino pages, which are the two most misread topics on the site.
The distinction worth holding onto: almost no operator is verification-free in every circumstance. What varies is the trigger - a cumulative withdrawal threshold, a jurisdiction flag, a bonus-abuse review, a source-of-funds request on a large win. A casino that asks for nothing on signup can still ask for everything on cash-out, and a review that leaves that out is misleading whatever it says about privacy.
The other thing she reads for is the clause that lets an operator void a balance. Every casino has one. The question is how narrowly it is drawn, and whether the stated reasons are things a normal player could trip over by accident.
Responsible gambling
Nadia maintains the responsible gambling page and checks that the operators we list actually carry the tools they claim to: deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, self-exclusion that holds across a re-registration.
An operator that buries these behind a support ticket, or that offers a cooling-off period a bonus email can override, is marked down for it in the review. A tool that exists but cannot be reached from the account settings in under a minute is not a tool.
None of what we publish is advice to gamble. The site exists for people who have already decided to, and the most useful thing it can do for them is be accurate about the cost.
